Marketing is often differentiated between Traditional Marketing or Relationship Marketing.  Traditional is advertising to draw the target in for perhaps short term purchases or services.

Relationship Marketing has a longer term view. It is focused on creating followers, supporting followers, communicating with followers, or allowing those in the buying cycle to become familiar with you while they seek the information and answers they need.

Traditional and Relationship marketing each have their place. The retail industry needs traditional marketing to keep their stores busy.  They also want to improve the loyalty of their following by communicating with them as peers.

Websites are usually the go to location for advertising that requires an explanation of products or services.  They are also used to set up the competitive platform for differentiating businesses. It is where you tell who you are and why you would be the best choice.

An Organic Website is a great way to optimize Relationship Marketing because it the site has a continuous flow of fresh content from blogs, articles, videos,  and pictures.  The blogs and content is key worded to reach a target market for the topics on the site .

An Organic website uses blogs and social media to find its audience.  With the sweat equity of the owner, there doesn’t need to be advertising expense.  Search Engines are hungry for good content and the Organic website can easily reach page one Google with a continuous flow of key worded posts.

The posts create a steady increase in monthly traffic, which search engines like. Once the visitor has arrived, it is then the site’s task to give them reasons to choose you over your competitors and make contact.
